Men are very simple creatures. Not to downplay your experience, but it's hard-wired in our DNA to be very upfront with our desires, whether intentionally or not. I'm not immune to this, either. If an attractive transgender women starts talk to me, my eyes won't help but wander.
If he continues this behavior, though, then you might want to talk to your HR department or whatever equivalent your job has before it gets any worse. If that's not possible, then if I were you, I'd get in touch with a lawyer and wait for the opportunity for a sexual harassment lawsuit.
