Guy ghosted me for 10 months and contacted me again?

this guy and I decided to spend one night at his place. He said he liked me at the time but he wasn’t ready for a relationship. I left some of my jewelry at his place and he started ghosting me immediately next day. I didn’t bother asking him anymore because I was hurt. And 2 months later I removed him from everywhere on social media. 10 months later, He followed me back, sends me a message that it was crazy year and he changed job. I didn’t respond well. He ghosted me again for 1 month and sends me message again saying he was going through his jewelry and saw my jewelry and asked me how could he return them to me. I’m very confused. Guys what should I do? I still like him. Actually I loved him cuz he was my first kiss. I feel like he’s bad for me I shouldn’t be talking to him. I don’t know why he is doing this. I forgot about him and was moving on with my life. Why did he come back to my life. Is he not done playing with my feelings. I’m not American so I can’t just ignore the fact that he approached me first he liked me first he kissed me first and he ghosted me. What should I reply. Should I just say to throw it away?

Move on kiddo. You’re just a backup, for fun. In that 10 months, basically a year, what do you think he was doing. He was probably smashing other chicks. He’s playing on your emotions. More than likely he knows you like him so he will toss that fishing line out there to see if you bite. You already know this is a bad decision, but you’re contemplating entertaining it cause you like him. Your response is going to indicate to him whether or not you took a nibble at that line, metaphorically speaking. If I was you I probably wouldn’t respond. But knowing women you’re going to want closure. You’re going to ask why did you do this to me. He’s going to say I’m sorry, I wasn’t thinking, had some things going on. Then you’re going to feel bad for him. Next thing you know he’s hooked you. Now we go for a piece of tail. Move on. Unless the jewelry is something your mom or a loved one gave you that means the world to you, cut those losses. It’s worth the loss in exchange for not getting your heart broken again.
