Why do some older men stare at a woman’s chest, even when it’s clear she’s uncomfortable?

Do they not realize how disgusting and off-putting it is and how she shows that as their facial expression? I always look in disgust at them when they stare.
It’s baffling how they seem to think their behavior is welcome or attractive. Even when you make it obvious—by wearing loose-fitting clothes, avoiding makeup, or dressing modestly—they don’t take the hint.

It’s so weird how confident they are, as if their attention is flattering, when in reality, it’s the exact opposite.
Why can’t they understand that their behavior is unwanted?
I always even step back and walk away, like hello take the hint to stop.

Doesn’t always mean he’s staring at your tits. I mean yes he may be looking down in that direction but not for that purpose. Some men are shy so their eyes divert away from direct eye contract. It could also be a sign of respect. In some cultures to look someone directly in the eyes is disrespectful. I’m not day every single time is because of those reasons, but things aren’t always what they seem. Man no matter what men do women will always say it’s creepy or something. Then women wonder why men want nothing to do w them.

Because most women are NOT wearing loose fitting or dressing moderately. Personally I find this faux outrage almost as comical as most women's attire. It's hilarious that you actually believe you're conning men.

He occasionally stared at my face, and I walked away, looking at him with disgust.
No I am too scared that these types of older men will come after me when I say something about it

I assume you are out in public with other people. If you told them you feel creeped out by them staring then how could he come after you?

Yeah that's true but I am just scared they get aggressive when I tell them to stop😭

Well as you said this is happening more than once and tbh if he’s aggressive then he would have gone after you even when you walked away. I’m not sure why you feel that fearful., but maybe im missing something. Think as a guy in that situation if i saw someone attractive I would hope she vibed with me also

If she doesn’t vibe with me, I may feel a bit frustrated but that’s ok because she’s a stranger and she doesn’t know how good of a person i am
