Do you guys want to be asked to do stuff?

I think sometimes as a woman we stop asking and we just try to figure it out ourselves, even though we wanna ask, but I think we try to think for you. And if we foresee that you can’t do something, Will do it or find a way to get it done.

It’s like a woman that has a husband. She asked him to do a test and he puts off the test so you end up doing it yourself or find a way to get it done. but still wanted him to do it in the first place

Well you can’t expect someone to read your mind… especially not early on in the relationship as time goes on one another may be better able to read each other.

I will say though you need to be direct with what you want out of another person early. If two people aren’t compatible that needs to be figured out before things get too serious or even married… You can’t force someone to do something. You’re not his mother and he’s not your dad… People who start getting like that are ridiculous to me

I think for me, I don’t ask and sometimes it’s not direct so I I don’t scare them away, but I’m working on that

Oh no, never I think I’m just used to being treated a certain way, especially by my father and even learning you know what it is to have someone that actually listens to you and not receive it in the way that you want it it makes you feel like I may not get this again so I’ll just do it. It’s OK.

I'm sure most men prefer and want clear, straight communication... and not having to have to "read minds"

so yeah, do speak with your partners... they're partners for that reason, communicate

If you want something done, go ahead and ask us to do it. But keep in mind two important things:

1. We may not do it immediately, and

2. You should accept the results if what we do and how we do it.

If you're going to micromanage and redo it after we do it, then please don't ask in the first place.

We do generally want to be asked to do things, yes. It's especially important because things slip your mind or you simply don't see them.

Women definitely have a tendency to think for men, and it's not super helpful because women often aren't on the same wavelength.
