How do you deal with older man talking over you and making assumptions?

Not allowing you to correct his mistakes and lies. Obviously, I want to get away from the old, toxic (a few decades older at least) energy but without being rude.

Any advice, in case he turns up again? He turned up outside my gym and sat in a car but didn't go in, creepy move in my opinion before turning up at my house under 'official' business.

How do you deal with someone who comes across as an angry, arrogant, narcissist who knows nothing but acts like he knows everything.
