A colleague that I’ve known for a few months, who I see every so often was getting use to me. We didn’t talk as much at first but I could see him in the corner of my eye gazing at me with a smile. Slowly as days went on we’ve started to get to know each other slightly. Just the other day he was soo smitten by me and then suddenly at the end of the day when I’d ask him something he would give me dirty looks. I don’t understand, someone help?

By chance, were you talking to other men besides him that day? Could be someone told him something about you that he didn’t like.

I wasn’t talking to another man, but I do remember shortly after talking to him my female colleague (elderly woman in her 50’s) went to him and said something and straight after that he’s mood changed. When I asked him a question he answered me with the most meanest look on his face. I was and am still confused 😕

Just ask him straight out. You’re both grown adults, he should be able to give you an answer. Nothing on social media that would make him think different of you?
