Why won’t my guy friend (crush) text me back?

I like my guy friend and started to have a crush on him since high school and he’s always dating these bitchy women and ever since I admitted to him that I really like him and texted him everyday, he doesn’t text me back. He doesn’t text me back right right away. What’s up with that? I’m afraid to ask him out because he may reject me. I really really like him. I used to just text him sometimes but now it’s everyday. He seems to get annoyed. I don’t harass him or anything. I know he’s busy so I just leave him alone.

He doesn’t like you back honey, and if he keeps texting you normally after finding out how you feel then it would send the wrong message. I’m sorry but now that he knows how you feel you can’t go back to simple platonic friendship. He can't come to you for advice about women or tell you that sort of gossip without hurting you now. Oh…well that’s disappointing. We went to prom together but just as friends. I did ask him out but he said no and he sees me as a friend.

Maybe it’s gotten too hard for you to be his friend. Maybe you need to take some time away from him so you can get past your love for him and then be friends again one day. I feel like staying attached to him like this is torture, I mean you already call other women he dates bitches and I’m sure you aren’t quite happy when or if he talks about them.
