What makes me a tryhard?

Went shopping today and some woman i walked past called me a try hard, another also walked by me a did a sniff of contempt. If I dress like a bum nobody says anything if i dress well i get called a tryhard yet im certain nobody else gets called a tryhard if they dress presentable

I haven't heard that term in a while, Ignore it. Are you hearing this, all the time, or is it just this small sample size?

I dont leave the house often due to judgement of others but no I dont hear this often but it has been used to describe me before. I usually get called gross/disgusting or a gay slur by women. Regarding the sniff i think it was a sniff of contempt as i am beneath them, inferior, unworthy.

I hope you don't feel that way? Anyway, Live your life, get out of the house. As I have gotten older, It's amazing what you learn about people, I try not to be as judgmental, anymore, Im human, but I try. I hope things get better!

Im 30 and have heard it all im very hyper aware of how others treat me yet im clueless as to why im treated so poorly.
