Why would a guy stare at you and check you out regularly if he has a girlfriend?

Why do guys do this if they already have a girlfriend? He’s a coworker, has a new girlfriend and does this regularly. It feels kind of weird when I see him do it almost daily. He doesn’t approach though. It’s just a bit awkward.

You are obviously checking him out too or you wouldn't care or notice. If it bothers you because he has a girlfriend then IGNORE HIM. Easy solution.
So you think because someone is in a relationship that they should never look at another person. You are being ridiculous.

Not at all, I guess it’s just I don’t notice anyone else do that, i mean people are friendly, but this is different.
I mean maybe occasionally guys stare at me, but in a work context no and not consistently.

I feel like I’m quite in tune with people’s emotions so it’s kind of obvious because it’s a regular thing.

Again, you are noticing because you are spending far too much time observing what he is doing. Does any work get done at that place?

Because believe it or not there’s a lot of other hot women on the face of this earth. Nothing says you can’t look. Now if he wasn’t married would it still be weird. Sounds like you want him to approach. If he approached you doesn’t sound like it would be weird.

Thanks for this, yes I get people find others attractive whether in a relationship or not, I guess it’s just the regularity of it, like most daily, so I’m more conscious of it.

I do find him attractive, but of course he has a girlfriend, so that’s it really.

Perhaps he is bored at work a looking for a distraction and you are the most interesting?
I wouldn’t always take things at work too seriously as people are ‘stuck’ there.
