I'm confused over his what his intentions are?

so I've met this guy in bumble and we matched and he immediately asked my instagram id and wanted to meet as soon as possible. I initially agreed but then later realized that its kinda sus to go meet him just after talking to him one day. So i somehow made an excuse and told him next time he felt about it bcz he said that he won't be in town anymore since he's not from my place. We continued to remain in touch and we barely had convos, more like one convo a day and both of us took around 15-17 hrs to respond to each other and this guy is a huge flirt and keeps roasting me around. Soon recently he has given me a nickname, we stared sharing reels with each other, he added me in his close friends list. Once i casually joked on how he must be flirting with other girls the same way but then he said "them who? you are the first of its name last of its kind with my name" so i was kinda starting to trust him because our conversations were also increasing as well as the amount of time we started texting. He offered to have a movie night date with me once he comes back to my place (he knows i'm scared of horror). i agreed and he also recently opened up slightly about himself and tried to shut it down immediately. but as soon as we had that convo he sent me a request from his pvt acc with an excuse saying he is trying to increase followers ( which i think is not true). Till now everything seems to have developed into something more but for the biggest problem is that i've been keeping a check on his account and he's still following random girls even after telling me all these and doing all this which is really confusing. It makes me look like i'm just one of his girls but his statements to me says otherwise. we still have not met in person yet because we live in different sates and he is someone who tends to travel a lot. i'm just really concerned if he's just playing with me or does he really mean something?

Only he knows what his intentions are. All we can do is guess. I don't even know the guy let alone read minds so my answer is going to be a guess and nothing more. He sounds like he plays the field and sees what options he has. You mention that what he tells you versus how he acts is different. Do you really think he would tell you if he was trying to get with you all the while doing the same thing with a bunch of other girls? No of course he wouldn't. He is going to tell you what he thinks that you want to hear because why would he say anything else. I would not read into all this social media BS actions. They rarely mean anything. Honestly it doesn't sound like this is a good fit if he is no longer in your area.

Trust ur gut. If his actions don’t match his words, there’s a reason you feel unsure. Keep your guard up and don’t get too invested until he proves he’s serious. 🚩...
