Gay men hate women in the same way women hate women. You might want to consider a particular individual male's reasons first though before judging him or worse generalizing him to EVERY man. Which you didn't do here, but a lot of women do.

A man going through the "red pill rage" is probably a guy that just got fucked over by a woman and he's being forced to open his eyes to the fact that women are not perfect angels that can do no wrong. Of course, that guy is going to generalize women in general... he's in a rage. He's a victim, maybe not a rape victim, but a result of being victimized.

It's like me trying to tell a bro not to be racist after he just got jumped for no reason by a group of a particular race... I can tell him they're not all like that, even though statistics say the majority of them are like that. <--and that's what he's probably going through, except with a gender he decided to be all the things for only to get fucked in a bad way.

Misogynists hate women in a "women all secretly want rape" kinda way. They're fucking idiots.

I think they spend too much of their time fantasizing about hurting women to be into men. It's a very active hatred. They don't just sit back and hate women. They're usually have the need to express their repugnant beliefs. They can't usually keep that shit to themselves.

If a man is attracted to only men, and even if his soulmate is another man, that doesn't mean he hates women. There could be some gay men who are also misogynists, but they don't represent all gay men at all.

I'm a gay man, and other than the women in my family (mother, sister, aunts, etc.), I have many close female friends whom I dearly love. I'm just not attracted to them. They find that totally normal and love me as a friend as well. They even often treat me as one of the girls and we tell each other our boy crushes, etc.

I hope you do see gay men the same way. I'd hate to be assumed a misogynist.
