Do you feel cool and privileged? Or emasculated? Embarrassed? Nothing? I don't know, for me I kinda feel like a pussy if a woman is driving me around. I guess it's not so bad if it's a female friend, but a chick I'm into? I just feel kinda weird.

In most scenarios I absolutely could care less. But below is a cautionary tale:
A few years ago I made the huge mistake of accepting a ride home from woman that really hurt my game. Long story short but I re-united with a woman I was briefly romantic with.
Turns out she was 110% confident I would be okay with friendzone bullsh*t at that point (I was still interested though). She later doubled down on this a deeply embarrassed me right in front of my family but that’s another story.
When we met up again she literally wore her pajamas to a public place (she was dressed very nicely the first time we went on a date).
That was a huge red flag I should immediately noticed. Reason being she didn’t care if I felt attracted to her or not. That’s an automatic dealbreaker but I naively kept wanting to give her the benefit of the doubt.
Anyway I was visiting the state we met up in and I didn’t have a car out there at the time. She offered me a ride back to my AirBnB after we met up again.
In retrospect I wish I declined and ubered home (and never hung with her again). Accepting her ride home just affirmed her confidence I was okay with friendzone bs and I wasn’t. Huge mistake but it came about me not having situational awareness. Not accessing what she was up to.
But just a word of warning to the guys out there on this one. Never accept this seemingly innocuous favor from a woman if your gut is telling you might be friendzoned (and you don’t want that). The woman will only take it as further affirmation that you are okay with “friends”. Instead get your own ride home and go no contact with her.
This is a good point here. Most guys are going to go through an experience of lacking awareness about the girl like you said, because of poor parenting where the guy is not properly informed about women because to do so is "misogynist." I can relate to your story though, I did the exact same thing with a woman myself years ago. Let her drive me here and there and just accepting the friendzone bullshit while she slept with other guys and I knew it. Good story here.

Yep. I was taught “chivalry” when it comes to meeting up with women. But never taught to watch out for red flags or not tolerating slights. Her putting absolutely zero effort into her appearance when meeting up said a lot. Most women are very self conscious on how they appear in public. Even if they aren’t interested the guy they still are worried about their appearance. So the fact she did this was insulting. She didn’t even put on a pair of jeans. She was wearing her sweatpants. And it wasn’t like she was in a rush and didn’t have time to get ready.
But my EGO didn’t want to accept she didn’t think much of me. It wanted to rationalize it away. Hope it was a fluke. So that’s on me. It didn’t help that nobody taught me to have more self respect around women when I was younger. But it doesn’t mean that guys can’t change.
The woman has zero interest? Fine. Don’t take it personally (easier said than done I know.). Don’t get angry. Just wish them well and cut the woman off from all further attention.
Ego can be a man’s absolute worst enemy. Especially when dealing with women.
We want respect because we can’t just expect women will automatically give it to us no matter how well it is deserved. Many women are just not going to like nor respect us. Fine. It sucks but the best thing a man can do is RESPECT himself and quickly disassociate with her.
Well I'm currently driving across the United States from the East Coast to the West Coast. We have been taking turns, and I drive the most because I get stuck in a zone where I'm just driving and I can ignore the fact that we don't have air conditioning right now.
So... what do I feel?
I feel relief to be honest. She gives me a break and let's me play my online game on my phone. I'm grateful she isn't like the usual bitch out there that expects men to do all the tasks simply because I'm a man.
Now I know the usual feminist isn't going to like this take of mine because they're with men that can't or won't drive to begin with or they're actually the woman I just recently called a bitch and I'm flicking a spot light on their successful manipulation of a man.
To them I'd like to say, fuck you, lick my balls, life is easier when we work together instead of playing those manipulation games or try to adhere to 1950's standards of what our sex roles should be.
I drove for 6 hours today and I'm glad I didn't have to drive 3 more. It still sucked because I'm still in the fucking SUV in the heat, but at least I got to play with my phone instead of just playing with the cruise control and maneuvering around trucks and slow as drivers.
Anyways, sorry I wrote so much... some questions make me want to rant a bit.
I'm the driver in my relationship and my husband likes it so he can play games on his phone and chill lol

I don't really care so long as they drive well. That said, every car accident/injury that has ever been inflicted on me has been due to women drivers. So I would never trust a women to drive while I sleep on a long drive while traveling. Around town while I'm awake and aware, it's no big deal.
I wouldn't care. Mostly because it's literally the only "option" for me since my eyesight makes me ineligible for driver training.
Yes, that's right. I can't even get a driving license. I live in a walkable city with good public transport, so actually barely even need a car
The woman should do everything for me, including driving. The only thing that would bother me is that women drive like crap. I would also be bothered if she exceeded the speed limit. In my city, all the roads are one lane, and I like to respect the speed limit so that those behind me don't drive too far and arrive late.
I am not a great passenger in a car. I do like SHARING driving duties when going somewhere with my wife and she's more than happy to let me take the lions share of driving because I enjoy it though tiredness is a killer so she takes some of the load when needed.
Nothing really. If it is her car, I am not going to try asking for the keys.
I live inner city and day to day I have no need for a car as trams are very convenient. So I simply don't own a car. I do have one I can borrow if needed and I contribute to it's maintenance costs.
By far I prefer outer burban girls as they are fairly susceptible to invitations to nights out in the inner city. They will pack an overnight bag and drive to me and are certainly not going to drive home that night after a few drinks :). It is just about perfect!
So no, I don't have ego about this.
I'm trying to think about the last time I was the passenger with a woman driving. It was maybe 14 or 15 years ago, coming back from a road trip.
It's really not something I think about because it rarely happens. My girlfriend hates to drive, and my last girlfriend was the same. About the only time I get a ride is to drop off or pick up my car from the shop, and most of the time my brother drives. I just have always done the driving.

It's so much better, and more relaxing, when I just sit back and enjoy the ride... with her driving. I even get to occasionally criticize her driving. 😉

I am okay with my wife driving if we are in her car. If we are in my truck it drives me crazy.
Lol. That's because women can't drive big vehicles, and they don't have spatial awareness in them. I see it on the road all the time. Women always want big vehicles but they either tailgate cuz they don't have good depth perception, or they almost hit you speeding in those things. Plus they pull in to parking spaces instead of backing in.
I don’t object to being driven around by a woman , my lady doesn’t drink alcohol which generally makes her the driver when we are Socialising and I want a few beers. Generally though I like driving and I’m a safe and good driver as commented by my passengers that are also drivers. Given the choice I would always rather be driver than passenger but never object to being driven just not my first choice

I own and drive and modify my 4 cars, I love driving, huge car enthusiasts. I would hate to be some girls passenger prince. I always want to drive, I want a passenger princess and I prefer it that way..
I'm fine with it. That being said, I drive the vast majority of the time because I get motion sickness.

The same as it does with anyone. If the person is a patient driver who keeps a safe distance, fine. If the person is a distracted tailgater, I will not get in a vehicle with that person behind the wheel again.

Doesn’t bother me in the least. I’ve even seen women driving rigs bigger than the one drive for work. Now, when I was younger, I was considerably worse at letting things like that get to me. Nothing causes me to feel embarrassed anymore.

Not even. I have a clean record and I am one of the safest drivers in my area. All my exes had multiple accidents with their cars, and some of my female friends also, and even some of the women on my job have also had multiple accidents AND with different cars. Women don't have a good sense of distance or space around them when driving. Men drive like shit because they want to, but they are better drivers when they're safe.
