Because when a guy works hard to get the girl, he doesn't want her advertising herself to other men. Sometimes, the woman might not post a bad photo at all, and the man is just insecure, but girls will be taking pictures that make her appear to be single, and thirsty for attention. Girls don't want their man wandering about like they are single either.
