So basically I ask this because he's someone who'd have a lot of options and I'm confused if he's genuinely interested or if it's just sex. What's really bothersome and gives me anxiety is he watches me online and "reaches" out by going through other people... pretty much to me it feels like he's letting me know he sees me and paying attention but why not be more direct?
