Why do guys ghost suddenly and come back without explanation?

Number one people who ghost are cowards plain and simple so that’s the number one reason. As for most normal people if they are loosing interest they just break a relationship or whatever it is off giving both people closure if later they fancy someone again they can try again.

As for other secondary reasons? Well ones keeping options open especially narcissists they always need supply and someone to fall back on. If plans with others have fallen through they may have come back to you… FOR NOW! Until they do it again.

Easy sex that’s another thing for some men once they have sex with a woman it’s like a challenge. Maybe they want sex from someone for a while so they get it from others but at some point come back. That’s possible unless you denied him sex and he ghosted you cause of that. Who knows.

People who frankly are too scared to say they lost interest in someone. But then for some reason or another they come back.

Best thing if someone ghosts you. Simply move on it’s not worth it.

They usually dont have time to go look for another girl or they just can't get one. Then they come back
