I can't tell if im ugly, poor hair style or haven't found 'my look'?

I had cut it all down now as its regrown its the same length top and sides. I think it looks funny but i never had a good cut that suits my face

Yeah, that's a stylist. They can be good if you find a good one. Those franchises aren't usually staffed with experienced stylists, but I digress. I would suggest asking around and get referred to a local barber. I use to think they were less skilled for some dumb reason, but typically they are required more school than stylists. Anyway, they cut mostly men's (and kids) hair, stylists do everyone's hair. They are trained to color hair (which I assume you won't need) A good barber can look at your big head and make a solid suggestion.
With the exception of high school and early college when I had a mini mullet, I've had pretty much the same hairstyle my whole life. My hair is slightly wavy so I like it shorter. I have my barber 💈 use a #2 guard on the sides and back, then he ✂️ scissor cuts the top and texturizes it. It's super low maintenance, and the chicks dig it...😂 😂 😂
