Girls, Inceldom: What do you think drives men to this mindset?

I'm a young woman who has experienced violence at the hands of men I've been with, and it's absolutely disgusting. The physical and emotional pain they caused me is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. But you know what's even more disturbing? The incel forums I've come across.

These men spew hatred towards women, using some of the most degrading and offensive language I've ever seen. What's ironic is that their hatred and bitterness towards women reminds me of awful ex boyfriends.

I think it's plausible that some users are these very men who pretend women avoid them due to looks to get in on the misogyny.

Aside from the pure hatred these people have, the other main problem with incel-dom and this alpha-male crap is, that its a self fulfilling prophecy.

1. They may be unlucky or unsure about their luck with women. Often just inexperience and lack of confidence.

2. They hear about these people and instead of changing towards something more acceptable or looking further, they spread these nonsense arguments like alphamale lifestyle etc.

3. In return they close their bubble further and only stay in contact with other unsuccessful people who are in the same situation as them, while at the same time getting distant to reality and women.

4. That situation is in their mind only supporting their argument, that there are many like them and that its women's fault. (Confirmation Bias).

They never get the direction right and the reason no women likes them is their attitude and hate towards them.

Also keep in mind that threats are a crime in nearly every law-system. If you experience threats towards you please report them to authority. Depending on your occupation there may even be easier option then a police station though. For example some European countries have a special part of the police who is dealing with threats and hatespeech towards media.

I believe there are a lot of factors, but ultimately I believe the root cause comes from having a weak / absent father figure plus a mother that didn't teach them how to take responsibility. Those two things cause a lot of problems for a lot of people, and for some of those people it paves the road towards inceldom.

They are weak, spineless, insecure, immature and unmotivated to better themselves.

Isn't it ironic? That guy in the photo has a girlfriend/wife i heard but the woman hating incels use his photo because he isn't strikingly handsome.
