My boyfriend couldn’t remember my name while under anesthesia, yet he remembered my breast size. What does that mean? Is that normal?

I’ve always found anesthesia videos kind of funny so before my boyfriend went in for surgery I told him I was going to record him while he was waking up. He agreed and I did.

In the video he clearly can’t remember my name. Then my friend asked if he remembered my breast size and he answered it correctly without hesitation. Later when the anesthesia had worn off he claimed he was just joking around.

I’ve watched the video several times now and it’s obvious he wasn’t fully conscious or aware enough to be joking. It really didn’t seem like a deliberate or playful moment but more like something that just came out naturally.

Now I’m stuck wondering what that says about what really sticks in his mind. Am I overthinking this? What does that mean?
