I have initiated contact once before. Is It worth trying. Or.. has he just found someone else

He said he wanted to face time me. He made a playlist and named it after us... I thought it was all good signs.

The only reason I have ever blocked someone if when they because obsessively annoying. Not because they have fallen silent. If it were me I wouldn’t bother reaching out again (nor bother blocking them) because their actions speak for themself and I would just move on.
