Still wanting something who doesn’t want me and who lied to me?

It’s been a minute since we last talked and I’m still not over him… he made me feel safe then he switched up… he made it seem like he wanted something more when I wasn’t necessarily ready. He ended up wanting sex and I told him I wanted to wait until marriage but he never planned on having a relationship with me anyway.. because he said he wasn’t ready…. And it hurt.

Then I found out he’s married and she’s out of state but when I reached out to her she was acting weird and said they were close friends even though online it says he’s filing for divorce against her so I don’t know why she’s lying

All of this and I still have feelings for him and I don’t understand why

If you would’ve stayed with him there was a possibility of you breaking your own boundaries just to please him. That is a possibility when you like someone, so take it as a bullet missed because it’s very unlikely there’s a possibility of him changing the way he thinks. There’s a possibility he values intimacy very little and once you loose something you can only have once he probably won’t really care, but it would be very meaningful to you. So just think about this feeling you have now.. would it be fair if you would’ve given in and he still wouldn’t really care about you or even worse left you?
