When is the last time a woman had a say in what a man does with his body? What legal rights does a woman have over a man's body in terms of his own decision making because it's his body?

Same reason a lot of women always have a say in everything men do. Same reason a lot of women seem to speak for us on our behalf about why we are the way we are or why we act the way we do even when we tell you why we act or think this way. Besides that, it’s moral reasoning.
As human beings we can all agree on things or disagree. For instance we can pretty much all agree that animal abuse is wrong. Or that drinking and driving is wrong. Abusing kids is wrong, etc, etc. We don’t need to have said thing to agree that it’s wrong. That’s like telling people who don’t have x, y and z that you shouldn’t be able to vote on this topic.
I don't think it's ok for anyone to dictate what another person does with their body, male or female.
While some people obviously believe otherwise, it most definitely is not a universal belief. Everyone should have the right to bodily autonomy.
