In general, if a man rejects a woman 'for her body', he does it before even saying hello. Because he has rejected her, he likely will only say hello in a polite way, rather in any way initiating a flirtation.

It's a lot less personal than a woman rejecting a man she has dated for a couple of months due to his body not fitting her ideal of perfection.
