I think my friends with benefits might be confused?

My friends with benefits is confused tbh. I just feel odd about the whole situation

I have been friends with benefits this person for about 5 months and in the beginning he seemed like he was falling in love with me. They don’t hook up with anyone accept me. But then he would come and say weird things like we shouldn’t complicate things so I was like whatever cool.

Whenever I see them they always say stuff like pretend to be my girlfriend or if people look into their eyes for a certain amount of time they will fall in love or he would u want you to be mine. It’s very odd tbh. Or they will project and say I am in love with them when I am clearly not I just enjoy being friends with benefits and that’s all and I have stated that to them.

Well, I’m not sure what typos you think we’re talking about but my general advice for your situation is to get out of it. You’re going to catch feelings because you’re human and can’t keep having casual sex without ever gaining feelings for the person. He says what he says because he thinks that’s what you need to hear to stick around but it’s all bullshit because he IS screwing other women. Argue if you want, adults who aren’t naive know what’s up. This is just such a waste of your time.
