I am Asian and we have so much in common. And I now start to see American men weird way. Anyone has the same experience?

Years ago ago I got the compliment from an Asian girl, who moved to the United States for a job, "wow you know so much about our country". Which I found weird in the moment, because I thought I knew only little. It turned out that the Americans around her knew absolutely nothing about Asian countries and asked her the stupidest questions.

depends on where you are from in asia. japanese people are culturally super close to german people. but there's other Asians, where i think that's totally different like thai people.
