White/european guy?

Hi, I'm from Malaysia & I'm a malay girl if anyone knows that race. Recently, I've been interested in international marriage/interracial marriage. My hair's dark black, I have medium fair somewhat brownish complexion of skin. I'm a muslim by the way.

The question is, I've been wondering how to get to know/approach european guy especially the one that has my preferable characteristics such as blonde hair, blue/green eyes. In general, good-looking. Someone like a British guy, Germany whatsoever.

So, what are the chances for me to get to know them? Will they ever thought someone like me is attractive? I haven't been abroad before & I have no idea where to find them.

p/s: And if anyone has an experience in international marriage/relationship before you can give opinion too.

Not all germans look like that and I've never met a brit who looks anything close to this picture.
As someone from Germany, I think it's quite offensive of you to be attracted to "white european guys" because it sounds a lot like you're chasingan aryan ideal and this doesn't exist.
I can't even tell you how sad it makes me that there are people out there who go after this look that holds so much history for us. Blonde hair, fair skin and blue eyes was seen as the only beauty ideal during the Nazi regime.
Before you go to Europe, please pick up a history book.
Also, what you're not realising is that SO MANY PEOPLE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES look like this.

Hi, it's been 3 months since I posted this and I wanted to tell you, I acknowledge I had a quite narrow perspective on the idea of what germany man looks like back then. I'm sorry I offended you. I wasn't intended to, really. Anyway, thank you for the suggestion on me to read history books, I'll definitely do that. Do you have any good history book suggestions though?

Anything about Nazi propaganda will do, I've been educated about this heavily at school and read German books on it but not sure which English books would be good to read on that
