Could be a lot of things. Not just cause they’re creeps like a lot of women would say. Could be you remind them of someone. Maybe they’re just observant like myself. I spent 10 years in the military I always track who comes into a room or restaurant, very observant. So to someone else it might look like he’s staring. It could also be that you’re pretty. It could also be that you’re wearing something or something physically that they’re looking at that catches their attention. For instances girl’s w Bull nose piercings. I always look then wonder why would you do that.
