Let’s clarify a few things first. When you say he says he isn’t working, do you mean he’s not working at all cause he quit or got fired? Or do you mean he’s employed but he says he’s not working on whatever day it is? Because he could be scheduled for that day but he’s already made up his mind he’s calling off. It could also be he thought he had that day off so that’s why he said he wasn’t working so there was a miscommunication between him and his work but he’s still going to call of anyway. It could also be that if he says he’s not working at all for any company is maybe because he doesn’t want to give you child support.
