Why are some guys easily offended?

I’ve noticed that if a girl says that a man turns her off by something he does, he gets offended. Can’t say that it’s wrong for him to be offended by it?
but I made a comment one time on instagram under a post about sexual things that you don’t want to do. And I say a blow job, which led to almost 20 guys commented under my comment saying that I’m a “whore” and etc, all because I said I don’t want to do something? Yet the guys in the comments were saying they don’t want to eat a girl out and they weren’t getting replies left and right like I was.
I mean I personally don’t want something in my mouth that someone’s pisses out of, like seriously. I’m not sure why exactly it’s a problem, no straight man wants a dick in his mouth so… why is it a problem when I don’t?
guys expect us to be understanding when they won’t eat us out because they don’t want to, but I don’t want to suck dick and all of a sudden there acting like I’ve burnt a childhood home down?
not sure why they feel entitled to getting a blow job, or why they get offended when someone doesn’t want to. Then compare it to women in porn who do it? I mean when you start watching porn at like 11/12 years old and see something that not every girl will give you, I guess that’s what happens. I don't know no child should be watching porn that young, let alone masturbating but that’s whatever or more so failed parenting.
