It sounds like you’re overthinking, and when it comes to people who are married, you should try not to do so much of that. There could be any number of reasons that he’s acting off today and none of them would have to do with you. Stuff going on at home with wife/kids/family, something bothering him at work like encountering a rude customer. You just don’t know, so don’t automatically make his mood changes about you.

In any case, you don’t know what kind of night or day he’s had, so you shouldn’t make his behavior about you.
