How you know your ready to leave the talking phase?

Me and this guy have been talking for a little bit. He seems to be into me and he says he loves me. I never do say I love him because I’m weirded by it. I feel like the talking phase was a good idea before jumping into a relationship due to my past relationships. He sends me things I tend to ignore due to it being inappropriate but he never asks me to send him things like that. He just does it without me asking.

That guy simply wants something from you and that is why he is giving you things in the hope that you will finally give him what he wants and what he has been seeking for so long.

Don't fool yourself. As soon as he got what he came to get, you will be history. That is something that is as sure as the "Amen" after the prayer.

If you resist and don't let me get away, you will notice that sooner or later he will grow fed up of trying to insist and not getting what he wants in return.

Don't play his game.

I seem to be the only one who has this opinion about the 'talking phase'. It is completely unnecessary, screws things up more than it does due diligence.

Hmmm. Sensing a red flag if he's being inappropriate. Might want to hold off on a first date until. you have a discussion about that.
