If a woman is in her 30’s, and she is not married and doesn’t have kids but is in a relationship, do other guys assume that she’s keeping her options open or that she isn’t “committed”?

No. I think a number of men would think there’s something wrong w her. Meaning she can’t keep a man, especially if she’s gorgeous. Women who are gorgeous who are still single in their 30s or haven’t at least been married or have a kid, something tends to be off w her. It’s usually her personality.

Generally, no. All situations are different. If a girl is with someone else, I wouldn't try to pursue her. Obviously, this could change if she is stalking me.
