I met him twice and we texted a little. He was very intense from the start, flirting, making plans, and talking about control. After our last date, he expected me to text first, but I didn’t. Then, after 10 days of silence, he deleted his Instagram and removed me from Facebook. He seemed to use silence as a way to control the situation. I don’t understand why he reacted this way and wonder if I should text him to clarify.

If he’s a guy who openly likes dominating over women then it’s no surprise he’s probably a covert narcissist. My advice? Don’t ignore the signs. You don’t need to chase and if you know deep down that he’s trying to emotionally manipulate you then walk away.
