Is it normal for a young man to raise his voice when speaking or trying to explain something to a woman?

This guy whom I work with usually is super nice to me but the other day we where talking and he kinda raised his voice at me while speaking to me is that a normal thing to do for a man?

No, its a sign of frustration, you gave very little context and to give a good answer we would need more information.
Maybe he is having trouble communicating his thoughts, or maybe he feels like he isn't being heard. Are you listening and making sure to listen, or do you interupt him to finish his sentence? Again, more information is needed.

Doesn’t matter. Men find women like that attractive. Especially if it means he gets to be around her more by translating for her. I mean to me I find it really sexy when a Hispanic woman tries to speak English. Very hot.
