Is it weird my husband keeps' forgetting 'to shut the front door and gets mad when I ask him to stop opening the front door?

I try to keep my tone even and go in my room when he starts yelling or leave. He yells a lot. I use to yell back constantly but I stopped. But he gets mad when I say could you please not keep the door Open.

I often feel the cold air I wake up to it or come out and he's staring outside keeping the door open. He also goes in and out in and out like ten times when he goes somewhere or when him and his friend who can't stand me sits in the heated garage and gets beer.

Am i being unreasonable. I don't think I am. it is like this for anything. Like I really wanted to get a chik filet meal and he acted like I stole his kidney because he had to wait five minutes in line. But I wait for him all the time.

He thinks keeping the front door open when it's freezing will save money and purify the air.. then he is mad the heat bill is so high.

Honestly I’m not sure how you two are married. Well I take that back, maybe both of you have that type of dysfunctional functional relationship. Meaning people would see it as dysfunctional to which it would be but somehow it still functions because of that dysfunction. Now w that said he could be doing it on purpose because he knows it annoys you. Or he’s like me as far as it’s too hot. Sounds like you want to be warm, no draft. Whereas w him he needs it to be cool, maybe even cold. I understand that cause my wife will blast the heater while I’m melting in the bedroom. I’m not saying I’d respond the way he is, but that may be the case w him.

it sounds like your marriage is on it's way out the front door , when my marriage started turning to shit with my ex , she would nitpick at me for everything , and start arguments with me over the littlest things and acted like it was the end of the world. Nothing i did was ever good enough. By your husband yelling at you on a steady basis isn't healthy whatsover , Me personally wasn't the yeller in my marriage , she was the yeller and then i would eventually snap and yell back at her , this went on for quite sometime and our marriage got worse and worse to the point i felt like she was just a room mate to me , she stopped sleeping in bed with me , she stopped wanting intimacy and affection with me , she always had some excuse as to why she isn't in the mood. to the point i realize my ex was a narcistic mental psychopath and i had enough of it and threw in the towel on her crazy ass, of course she is acting like a victim when really she is the POS
