Boy who I’ve been chatting with?

There’s this boy that I have been snap chatting with who goes to my school for the past week we talk on and off and I’ve been second on his best friends list for a little while now in the beginning it was mostly me who initiated conversation but lately it’s been him who’s initiating small conversation with closed questions. I’ve asked him if we’re gonna hang out and he said something along the lines of you tell me and I said it’s your turn to initiate you. Tell me when you’re free and he still hasn’t told me when he’s free and that was a week ago but yet he’s still having conversations with me again it’s small conversations, but he’s not thoroughly avoiding me

I am an anti social apps person and I presume that this "snap chatting" is a communication kind or social app that would allow you to talk with other people online.

My question here is why do you not chat in person? Is it that difficult to look at a person into the eyes when you converse and analyze the body language to make a mind about is feelings?

When you state that you have been chatting with a "boy", that leads me to believe that you are a minor and not an adult in the age group 18-24 as your profile states.

Now, I don't even know what your question is all about. This is basically a statement.

Go out and talk to him in real life and not behind a screen. That would allow you to get an instant answer rather than to have to guess.
