Is it true that when a guy sends you a Valentine’s Day card does that mean he likes you?

I got a valentines card from my guy friend and my friends knew about it but me. He said, “Girl I am telling you. He LIKES YOU. I think he wants you to be his girl. If a guy does that, it means he wants you to be his girl. Face it, he’s in love with you.”

I mean I have known him for years but I told him I don’t feel the same way.
The card said “A special girl in her on way is the most beautiful girl in my eyes.” He signed his name and XOXOXOX

I said that’s very sweet and he’s a great friend. My best friend said, “Girl he wrote “XOXOXOXO” it means he wants you more than just a friend. WAKE UP! Plus how many guys that you dated have done that does you?”

As a matter a fact, none of them. Well one of them has.
Im having a feeling that he is in love with me but I don’t feel the same way.

My other guy friend said, “Come on! It’s so obvious! He’s like you for the past 18 years. He’s probably hoping you didn’t meet another guy and hope he shoot’s his chance. Even your parents and siblings know he likes you. Everyone knows.”

I texted him thanks for the card it was very sweet. He didn’t text back yet.

He didn’t ask me to be his Valentine or his girlfriend so I keep telling them we’re just friends. Nobody believes me.

What if I do meet another guy?

Hell no! I only like him as a friend. Why does it have to be me? Why would he want a relationship with me? None of my other friends got cards.
