Which type of male personality are you, or what is your partners type?

A. Alpha Male ( Leader ) Owns the room. Born to lead. Earns instant respect.

B. Beta Male ( Supporter ) Kind but cautious. Avoids conflict. Craves deep connection.

C. Delta Male ( Average ) Blends in with ease. Reliable but reserved. Leads only when needed.

D. Gamma Male ( Rebel ) Breaks the rules. Independent thinker. Socially unpredictable.

E. Omega Male ( Outsider ) Socially awkward but passionate. Quiet introvert. Master of rare skills.

F. Sigma Male ( Lone Wolf ) 100% self-reliant. Moves outside the system. Needs no validation.

G. Zeta Male ( Independent ) Nonconformist. Rejects traditional society norms. Gender roles and the Alpha/Beta hierarchy.

Well... I remember the Omega Male being described as the "never-picked" man. I guess they had to frame it in a positive way for the article... 😂

As for the rest of the types (except thr absolutely made up Sigma Male - that's just Alpha Male, but made to sound even cooler and with some hatred of women mixed in), I think it's mostly accurate with what I found out about it some time ago, with the Zeta Male being described more conscisely as an "awakened Beta Male". I remember seeing myself as the Gamma Male, with ambitions to become a Zeta Male. Now that You brought those definitions up, I suppose I am mostly a mix of the Delta and Gamma Males, with a rather embarassing trait of a Beta Male and the "quiet kid" trait of an Omega Male mixed in. I have not achieved the goal of the Zeta Male status, unless we take it by this more conscise definition of an "awakened Beta Male", which I would be if I was not socially awkward to the point where I never became the degraded, humiliated Beta Male, since none of my relationships with women ever got close enough for them to be able to use me.

Sigma fits me best. Paid for my out of the square thinking and mostly working alone. Would rather be in the weeds technically rather than leading but can inspire and get voluntary effort out of my virtual team as necessary.

E+f+g seem the same so i am those with a bit of the others. Totally beta but "when needed" i am "natural leader" so part of delta but awkward. Therefore these categories are wrong.
