Why do men get bored in a relationship after being with a woman for awhile?

Because, in a relationship, some men and women:

• Don't know what they really want?
• Think they know what they want but later realized they didn't?
• Don't really care about long term?
• are not exciting for a long time?
• are not excited for a long time?
• Have found someone else they value more?
• Felt wrong in this relationship?

Also, people are actually human, imperfect and evolving, in whatever direction evolution goes.

Gee I don't know. Do you think the woman has any shared responsibility to keep the relationship alive and fresh? Or are all men just shit? If you get fat and sit on the couch until you fall asleep every night. If you no longer care about your appearance. If you use sex as a weapon. If you have zero interests. Why would a guy not lose interest in you over time?

Unfortunately, the same reason you get bored with anything. Repetition routine, and predictability become boring overtime. The same is true for women. Everyone experiences it at some point in a relationship. It’s one of the first true test a couple experiences. I know it was the first true test I experienced as a married person.

Every time I've ever gotten bored with a woman, it was because I never got to see an authentic side of her. She never showed me who she was as a person.

Being too eager to please causes a lot of women to feel like they need to play a part in their relationships with men, rather than being the people they truly are.

There’s a lot of reasons. She’s changed. He’s changed. She doesn’t do the things she used to do. A lot of women stop swallowing once they get that status of wife. Things become routine. She stops dressing sexy, now she’s just wearing regular pajamas. Over time people just get bored. There’s nothing new there. For some people it’s like opening the same present everyday for years. There’s a lot more reasons besides these.
