Why do guys stare at me but never actually come up and talk?

I don't really understand why guys won't approach me. When I go out guys tend to look at me but I never get talked to or asked out. They keep playing eye tag but it won't go anywhere. I personally don't belive I'm insanely unattractive, I have good features, with my nose being the worst but everything else I think is good. I'm skinny, I just don't know what else I have to do.

Well people stare for many reasons many times it’s because they are attracted unless someone’s so hideous it’s like a train crash….. But I doubt it. One person staring….. eh it could mean anything. Lots of people well you’re probably attractive.

I get it that someone staring but not saying anything can feel weird. Some people don’t even realize they’re doing it or don’t think it’s noticeable.

But at the end of the day. These guys don’t know you. Some of them don’t want to be weird. Some are worried about rejection. Some are in relationships. Etc…. You’re not entitled for anyone to just walk up and talk to you especially not some stranger you don’t even know. The only thing you can do. Is walk up and talk…. And could you be rejected? Sure. But it’s better then doing nothing

Staring doesn’t necessarily mean they find you attractive. Maybe they’re staring at your nose. Your outfit. Your hair or a number of other things. Skinny isn’t always what men want either. Maybe it’s just your imagination that they’re staring at you.

It's the same way for me with women. I just assume it's because I'm intimidating or something. I know I probably have to be the one to start something, but I'm extremely uncomfortable doing that.

They probably think you're taken already, hence "the glance" to see what guys react.

Maybe go up and speak to them?
