Is my building’s maintenance guy actually flirting with me?

I [27F] have neighbor who is also the maintenance guy for the building. He's in 30s, He’s talkative and he forgot his "screwdriver" in my apt x2 times, both times I texted him to pick it up. When he came over for the 3rd time, He joked "if I had his screwdriver" since he lost it again, and I said no. I usually expect maintenance guys to text me during business hours, but He also started to texting me at 9pm saying things like, "Hey You have a package in the mailroom" etc

Im sure that he has many screwdrivers what you have to think of is that if you did get together and it didn't work out which I will tell you right now it probably wouldn't just because of what you said at the end you're telling yourself something that you feel whether you know it or not but if it doesn't work out then you have to see him each and every day and if there becomes a problem you're going to be the one that says leave because he works there
