Seeing so many male predators online is making me afraid to date—are most men really like this?

A 14 y/o kid got SA'd by his teacher and men comment "wish it was me" or "best gift ever" and the amount of likes this comment (s) got eas 57.9 k on Instagram.
I also watch a lot of predator catchers online and they catch THOUSANDS DAILY for this sort of things by talking to minors and tons of them are married with kids.

Are they all like this? Cause its making me give up on dating...

It's unfortunate that some guys are like that, but I promise you, they are the minority. We aren't all sick perverts.

Most of us are, in fact, regular, normal people who would never do something so debased and disgusting. Unfortunately, they don't make news stories about "Regular, normal guy buys flowers for wife," so you only ever hear about the bad ones, and that can make it seem like they're everywhere.

You do have to be careful when dating, though, because there's really no way to know who is a sicko, and who isn't, but don't give up on all men just because of the freaks. Take the time to get to know someone, gradually, until you feel like you can trust them.

I wouldn't count on it.
It COULD also be how you're reading their actions. For instance, back in `84 I met a girl that I kinda liked and was hoping to get something going with and I wrote her a fairly long letter, you could call it a love letter but, it was also a humourous one, for the most part.
In one section, I playfully mentioned to her that I've even had someone ask me to marry her 2 years before and I would've accepted except that she was only 3 years old, at the time! This crazy bitch came to my house with her VERY sudden new boyfriend!! It was the first I'd ever heard of her having a boyfriend!! And they both threated to beat the hell out of me on my front porch and have me arrested for wanting to marry a 3 year old!!! I NEVER SAID I WANTED TO MARRY A 3 YEAR OLD!!! I SAID that SHE ASKED ME to marry her and that, HAD SHE BEEN AN ADULT, I WOULD'VE taken her up on it!!!

No. We absolutely are not mostly like this. I'm sure men are statistically more likely to do heinous things like that compared to women, but they are both low percentages of the population. Statistically, a male in in the US has approximately a 0.5% to be a sexual predator.

Well consider being male and being perceived as a predator due to physical appearance
