Is my voice teacher being creepy?

So I've been taking voice lessons for about a year and a half now and I've gotten some concerns from friends that my voice teacher is a little creepy. For context I am a 27 year old female who has been taking voice lessons for musical theatre with a voice teacher who is I believe in his early 30s. I am taking lessons with him through a music store/studio and for the longest that's where the lessons were held. Well, recently he moved to taking lessons in his house since the studio is cold during the winter and doesn't have a bathroom.

I wasn't concerned with it because he has other students before me and these students would also be taking lessons at his house. For more context these students take piano and guitar lessons and are grade school to high school age. For the first couple of lessons I have with him at his house we are upstairs then one day he mentions that we have to do lessons downstairs in the basement. I didn't think too much about it because his piano is out of tune, but we go downstairs and it's not a studio, but a keyboard/piano in his bedroom. He has given multiple reasons for this: the piano upstairs being old and not in tune, his dad needing to let the dog out and not being in his dad's way. For a while we were taking lessons downstairs in his bedroom, until he recently changed it to a room next to his bedroom with a computer so I can sing with the accompaniment.

So far from what I can see his students before me seem to have lessons upstairs. He also like to give me details about his life like when we're rescheduling a lesson he mentions he can't meet because he's having dinner with a friend or it's his sister's birthday weekend or what I am doing during the summer and how he is free.

Is my voice teacher being creepy?
