I am a student finishing work placement in a primary school in a few days and a student at the school, a little boy has a crush on me. I just shrugged it off as being cute and thought no more about it.
I have a crush on one of the teachers at the school and we seem to get on well; but he seems shy.
Tonight, I received a message from a man with a similar first name to the student. There is no information about this person on Facebook and they sent me a glittery heart and a message late this afternoon, saying hello and asking how I’m doing, without a question mark.
I am friendly by nature so I added this person and didn’t think about it. I obviously am a bit concerned as to whether it’s more likely to be the teacher, a grown man my age that I like, or some kid that’s potentially at risk if they start adding adults on Facebook that they don’t really know. As a woman and a person, naturally I feel that children need protection. On the other hand, if it’s a grown man, rather than some kid, then I don’t want to discourage him.

It's me, i wrote that message. ㅤ
Okay; I don’t know who ‘me;’ is. Do we know each other offline?
I’m serious; I have no idea who I’m speaking to. 😊👍
Are you a shy man that knows me?
I'm just joking. I know nothing of this.
You can reply on Facebook "Thank you for asking, (his online name), do i know you? I'm at school right now grading punctuation, and i noticed that your question has no question mark."
lol okay then 😊
I only would do something like that if it was my only option, but I would want her to know who it was from.
If you don’t know how would we?
I’m not sure.
