Is that intense electric chemistry with someone rare or actually common?

Is it rare or common? I mean obviously there is attraction to get with someone, but what about electric intense chemistry, where you feel like when you look at each other no one else is in the room and you both know.. ever felt that? And even years later?

It probably is rare, and it certainly is with me. I've only had it with one girl, unexpectedly. It happened multiple times with her. Unfortunately, I can't find out if it still there. It isn't the most important thing, but once you feel it, you desire it. The actual substance of the relationship is the most important thing, but that feeling certainly enhances. I've tried gauging to see if it there with other girls, but it doesn't appear despite similar circumstances.

A wow and could you tell that you both felt it.. was it like an electric charge/tension when you looked at each other? Different from just general attraction? Yeah I’d had it with this guy over and over for like two years…and it’s almost like we both know, but we are coworkers so it’s tricky.. never had it with anyone else before.. almost movie like I don’t know how to describe it. We met in a team meeting of 30 and locked eyes and that was it.. was it similar for you both?

It was very much like that, but I also find her very attractive. It was a girl whose schedule overlapped with mine. I've never been good with eyecontact, but I couldn't help myself getting lost in her gaze.

Oh wow do you think she felt the same? Was it attraction or love? Have you had it with another girl since? And would you remember her for it?

I think she felt something similar, and her behavior indicated mutual interest. I'm both extraordinarily and overwhelmingly attracted to this girl. With that being said, my inclination is I may have started to fall in love with her in an extremely unconventional manner. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to confirm that in person. I've had interest in other girls, but nothing comes close to her. I've even tried emulating similar conditions, yet I can't get the same attaction. She has given me every reason to feel differently, but they just bounce off. I do remember the feeling, but it is just a fraction of why she continues to live in my head.

Oh wow, that sounds amazing, in the best possible way. I feel like it’s very similar with this guy and I. Without being funny he also seems to be overwhelmed by me by looking at me.. Can I ask in those moments what did you feel for the girl? Did you ever get together? It’s so interesting hearing this from a guy, because I feel for a girl it’s absolutely real and emotional, but I didn’t feel guys would feel it to the same degree. I 100% feel I won’t feel this again, it’s him, the timing, how we are open to each other. I do wonder if he feels it with the same intensity I do.,, Sometimes he looks at me with like his watery gazed over look and starts rapid blinking and I’ve never seen that with a guy ever and don’t think it’s something that can be forced, not like with a player say..

Honestly, I was completely lost and overwhelmed. I didn't ever expect or intend for the phenomena to occur. I tried to get with her, but I was too late. She was merciless in her response. Apparently men can feel similar, but that doesn't mean it will work out. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to feel similarly about other girls, and it doesn't seem likely to repeat. Pursue this guy before you end up like me.

I wouldn't say it was electric chemistry, it was however the strongest "magnetic" attraction that I/We both felt simultaneously... In total we've been together almost fourteen years and been married for eight years.
