Well, just because your coworkers doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve got to hang out outside of work. Some people are more-strictly “friends” in the spaces that they see each other most, like work, school, or even at a weekly activity like dance class. But outside of the spaces they don’t hang out. It’s very common.
