Do you think this guy is serious or just enjoying the attention?

Met this guy on a dating app at first the conversation was playful and flirty. Then he randomly mentioned things like he’ll cook for me and is trying to convince me to move near him and said that we should get married (normal in our culture/religion to get married pretty fast. So I told him come talk to my family then asked questions like if my family would even accept a man like him and if I would accept him. I said yes but obviously I need to get to know you more.

So at first he would reply pretty fast within an hour. Now he kinda dragging usually takes a few hours sometimes he would reply fast. Do you think he’s serious about his intentions and I shouldn’t worry about reply times or he just enjoying the attention?
