I noticed an office mate wearing a shoe disproportionate to this person's own frame.
A basketball shoe.

Why would someone intentionally choose to wear a shoe too big from their actual size.

I guess, because of air circulation? He doesn't need to walk a lot in office but sitting without shoes can be considered as offensive for coworkers.

I don’t know. Lots of people used to think I wore oversized shoes as a kid but I just had big feet.
