Are these workplace red flags, or is my unhappy married friend being dishonest?

My un happy married friend been getting attention from this guy at work he been giving her little treats like gum occasionally and checking up on her turns out he gave her his number she said she kept it in the backpack now she telling me he had it two months ago and prob got it from someone else than she said he keeps asking her to hang out somewhere she said no but one time she wanted to go hiking with now she saying no anyways is she confusing me or she not being honest?

I presume that this unhappily married girl's status is not a secret within the company and indirectly, she is giving vibes that she is available for fornication.

I would say that she is a walking red flag since she is taking the risk that everyone is aware of what is happening. That would give her husband a clue that she is potentially unfaithful since she accepted a phone number from a working colleague and that she is considering going on an outing with him.

She is obviously not being honest as she is giving confusing signals and makes no secret of the fact that she is available for grabs.

Yea what threw me off was the fact that just the other days she said oh by the way turns out Drea had my number two months ago I don't know how he got it… but while back she told me he gave her his number she said she wouldn’t write to
