Guys don’t say many words as it is. We’re simple minded. We generally don’t like texting unless it’s to get or send general information. You know:::: What time is the game? Who do the Chicago Bears play tonight? What should I get at the grocery store? That type of stuff.
When texting a girl we apply the same knowledge. So if you’re asking all the questions and he’s just answering them, that’s kind of it. I’m not one to continue to ask a girl questions because it can be long and drawn out and I’d rather just give short answers than a novel of a text explaining how I really feel. I’d call her to tell her all that if that was the case.
Personally, I dislike text messaging. Lacks the intimacy I seek in a relationship. If a girl texts me, I text right back, but will never engage a text message conversation.
Maybe the guy thinks in a way similar to mine and would love a nice phonecall or a date. But not engaging in text messaging doesn't mean he is not interested.
if he doesn't say much, then that's a pretty good sign he's not interested

Well of course it could mean that, but it could also be that he is shy, and has a hard time starting a conversation. Maybe he has the interest but doesn't know how to express, I know the feeling ^^
If you are interested, then don't sit around waiting, take the bull by the horns. If it doesn't works out, then fine, at least your tried. You have got a whole lot more to win then to lose. ^^ Hope this helped.
