The situation : A guy I like who likes me back was flirting and gave me this book I was looking for , so I was like thanks your so nice and I can't believe I have someone like you in my life

most people don't understand what the chase actually is... It doenst mean you ignore him.. doesn't mean you don't show him that you like him either. the chase is just not always being able to be around him. If the chase to you is not showing any attention or interests back, and not doing your part in trying to get to know him then that's just plain stupid, and unfortunetly most girls are like that. they think they can just sit around and get guys flocking to them. sorry I'm not going to make an effort to get to know you if you don't make any effort to get to know me. Its a mutual thing.

Uhh, most guys don't like the chase. There are a fair amount who do but they're not in it for relationships, they're in it for simple game playing. You'll learn as you get older that there are two types of guys here, and the guys who are actually looking to get into a relationship with a girl won't chase. They'll actually be turned off if she makes him chase.

generally no one likes chasing male rf female guys just except that we are expected to do it. generally the only who like it are the ones that are popular with females because it presents a challange. if anything girls a more likely to like chasing since they tend to want everything to be a challange

I absolutely hate chasing girls. I've got enough to worry about right now as is and do not need a girl that I may be intetrested in playing hot and cold with me and messing with my head. If a girl starts doing that I tend to walk away in the opposite direction.
